Munkholm is a manufacturer of organic and natural bath & body products. We supply stores and shops (VAT-registered companies) with luxury products for body and soul.We do not sell to private customers. Shipping terms: All international orders are shipped under CPT (Carriage Paid To) Incoterms 2020. The risk of loss or damage to the goods, as well as the responsibility for local import regulations and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR/packaging compliance), transfers to the buyer as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier in Denmark.
Payment
New customers: Payment is strictly required in advance.
Overdue payments: After the due date, interest will be charged at a rate of 2% per commenced month. An administration fee of DKK 100.00 will be applied to each reminder letter.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 1–2 weeks.
Please note that all our products are handmade. Therefore, longer delivery times (2–4 weeks) may occur immediately following trade exhibitions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Backorders
Items that are out of stock will not be automatically backordered or shipped at a later date. They must be re-ordered on your next purchase. (Fortunately, this rarely happens).
Transport and Claims
If the recipient is not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, any costs related to redirection or re-delivery will be charged to the recipient.
Upon receipt of the goods, any visible damage to the packaging MUST be noted directly on the consignment note/delivery note. Furthermore, Munkholm must be notified within 3 days by email (tina@tinamunkholm.dk) including photographic documentation.
Any other complaints regarding the shipment must be addressed to our office within 3 days after receiving the goods.
