Backorders
Ordered items not delivered, will not be automatically shipped, they but must be ordered again. (Fortunately, it almost never happens)
Transportation
If the recipient is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the recipient pays for redirection and futher costs.
Upon receipt of the goods, visible damage to the packaging is applied to the consignment note and Munkholm is to be informed within 3 days. Only by e-mail and with photo documentation.
Complaints
Complaints must be addressed to our office ONLY 3 days after receipt of the goods.
